about Maggie

Hi, I’m Maggie and I am equal parts honored and excited to be your Northern Colorado Real Estate connection. My Real Estate journey began after more than a decade of being an educator and owning and operating my own small business. While these two jobs seem unconnected, they both contain one common theme: in order to be effective and efficient, you MUST be able to connect with and cultivate relationships with the people who you are servicing.

When you think about the path your life has taken, do you see it as a straight line or more of a curved or circular pattern? To say that I believe life is a journey that often takes us in unexpected directions would be an understatement. Having a clear idea of where we want to go is always great, but what we know is that sometimes changes happen to that plan that take us in an entirely different direction.

I became a real estate agent because I have a unique ability to get to know people and create strong relationships that are built on respect, admiration and trust. Having been through the buying and selling process three times, I know I could bring my strengths to make what is often seen as a negative experience into one where you are confident things are going to turn out ok. At the end of the day, buying and/or selling a home is often the biggest transaction we go through, and working with someone you have 100% confidence in is so important.

As your Realtor, my number one job is to get to know you. What are your motivations, your dreams, your aspirations? What makes you happy, sad, mad? Where has life taken you this far, and where do you want it to take you next? I believe that these questions help me truly understand how I can best help you. My job is not simply to stick a sold sign in your yard or show you some houses until you find one. My job is to be your guide and your coach as we navigate this process together.

I am passionate about making sure that my clients needs are met, no matter how big or small. I strive to provide the kind of communication that I wanted in each of my real estate transactions. I bring a level of education on what to expect in order for my clients to make informed decisions. I am attentive to the needs of each individual client, and can accommodate them based on those needs. With me as your realtor, you will not get a one size fits all approach. Instead, you can expect my number one goal to be to get to know you so that I can make sure you are 100% satisfied on closing day, and beyond. 

When I am not with clients, you can always find me with my family. My husband and I have four beautiful, unique, crazy and LOUD children. We live in Johnstown, Colorado and our lives are truly family focused. We love to play video games, go on bike rides, explore new parks, hang out in our backyard, go swimming… anything that lets us be together. I am a native Coloradoan and proud to be. I have lived in Northern Colorado all my life and truly love raising my family here.
